Product selection and order confirmation
You can select your preferred sportswear items via the different channels available on the Site (by LOOK, by product category, size, color, etc.). Select the item you want to buy, the color, the size and the quantity and then click on “Add to bag”. This way, you can continue to add more items to your shopping bag. When you finish your selection, enter your shopping bag that contains all your selected items (bag icon at the top right) and confirm your order clicking “Checkout now”.
You have the option to create an account, so that your data is saved for future orders, or you can continue as a guest while you proceed with your purchase.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Your order will then be prepared and sent to the address you have indicated.
We distribute nearly worldwide under the following shipping charges and conditions.

Shipping times are variable from 24h in peninsula, from 3 to 5 days EU and more than a week outside the EU.
For customized items
Shipping times are longer due to the added time required for customization. Please consult about the service of the specific item.
For pre-sale items
Due to the added time required for their manufacture, the shipping times will be longer. Please inquire about the service for the specific item.
TAXES AND DUTIES
The cost of value added tax (VAT so you will not have to pay additional fees if you are within the EU) will be included in your order and invoice.
In any of the locations outside the EU you will have to pay the local taxes and duties applicable in each country upon reception of the goods. MY·ATTITUDE SL will be in charge of the export costs required for the shipment from Spain.
We strongly recommend that you contact your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order to find out the exact amount.
The Site guarantees a SECURE CHECKOUT, according to the https protocol.

Payments via credit card or bizum, are made under the security systems of the redsys platform.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS UNDER THE DSP2 DIRECTIVE
What is DSP2?
DSP2 is a new European law that has been passed to make online payments more secure. When you place an order with your card, your bank may ask you to confirm your identity through the 3D Secure verification system.
What are the steps to complete the payment after placing an order?
When you place an order within Europe, your bank may direct you to the 3D Secure verification system. There are many ways to verify online payments and they may ask you to confirm your identity by SMS, email or touch ID. Once your payment has been verified and your order has been placed, you will be directed to the nk-wings confirmation page. You will receive an email as soon as we confirm your order.
How will my bank confirm my identity?
Contact your bank to understand what their 3D Secure verification process will be. Make sure your bank has your correct personal details, in case they use email or SMS messages for 3D Secure verification.
What should I do if I cannot place an order?
If there is something wrong, you can contact our Customer Service and process the order via Whatsapp +3 4633 095 603 (schedule 09.30 am – 05.30 pm CET).
In compliance with our sustainability plan, we do not send paper invoices. If you wish, you may access your invoice digitally from your customer area, if you have registered at the time of purchase or you could request it by e-mail at email@example.com.
If your return results from a size mismatch, we suggest that you contact us via Whatsapp at +34 633 095 603 (schedule 09.30 am – 05.30 pm CET). We will happily advise you and we will expedite the exchange so you can enjoy your nk·wings garment as soon as possible.
If you have simply changed your mind, you may return it within 15 calendar days from the day of the purchase of the item in question.
It is imperative that the product is returned in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, without makeup stains when tested, with all original protected packaging and labels.
Should the conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted and the refund will not be made.
The cost of the return, if accepted, will run on MY·ATTITUDE SL.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS.

Once the returned item has been received, we will refund you according to the payment method you used. Payment processing may take up to 14 business days. Returned items will be refunded, excluding the original shipping cost. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
If you prefer, we can save your refund as a credit for future prurchases on www.nkwings.com. The amount will be applied at checkout of your next order upon your express request via Whatsapp at +34633095603 (schedule 09.30 am – 05.30 pm CET).
It is our duty to make sure that every item arrives to you in perfect conditions, so that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, or if it does not correspond to the description on the page, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We will make the appropriate return and process your full refund for the defective item.
